We have strategically aligned our paint colour offering to match the Benjamin Moore colour codes. You can choose any Benjamin Moore colour and we will produce all the parts in your order with that colour selection.

You get the freedom of choice to personalize your project while we use standard colour codes so you know exactly what to expect! This also helps with choosing any other complimentary colours for your project including walls, counter tops, backs plash or flooring.

People tell us that our painted doors feel “really nice” and touching our painted door conveys a sense of high quality. That is because we use a six step painting process with the highest grade chemicals and we do not take shortcuts.

We use a post-catalyzed industrial lacquer that cures to a durable and long lasting finish that looks great and is easy to clean. The result is a final product that has a very pleasant silky smooth feel.

Our finishing process is as follows:

Step 1 - After fabrication, door surfaces and edges are hand sanded

Step 2 - Next we apply a first coat of primer

Step 3 - Followed by a second hand sanding

Step 4 - That is followed by a second coat of primer

Step 5 - A third hand sanding

Step 6 - Finally the door is ready for the final colour which is called the top coat

All paint colours come in a 20% sheen level – closest to Benjamin Moore “satin” finish.

Some colour selections may be subject to an up-charge.

A small bottle of touch up paint is supplied with orders in case it is needed during installation.

Extra paint cannot be purchased as it is an industrial, solvent-based paint that requires a very specific mix ratio of catalyst that is designed to be applied with professional spray equipment.
